Expanding CNC Machining Capacity with Haas

By making significant investment into new machinery over the last few years' Stratos Precision Engineering has been able to expand its CNC milling and turning manufacturing capacity. 


The most recent investment came in the form of two brand new CNC machines from industry-leaders HaasAutomation.

The  new Haas VF4Vertical Machining Centregives Stratos a milling capability of 1270 x 508 x 635mm, and the Haas SL20 Lathe adds another option for turned parts with bar capacity of 50mm and a maximum turning diameter of 280mm.

This new machinery has outstanding features and performance to give greater flexibility and really help Stratos to increase productivity and drive manufacturing efficiencies.
